Phone Support
Voice-notes are used to facilitate an ongoing asynchronous dialogue
I provide emotional and strategic support along with actionable skills you can use right away (and in the future). I help you process your emotions as they happen instead of waiting days or weeks to unpack them. I hold you accountable to your work in a spirit of love and provide encouragement and guidance in an unconditionally safe space.

Virtual Support
Virtual support is ideal if you aren’t able to meet in-person but still want a real-time face-to-face session. Video meetings allow us to have a real-time conversation and dig deeper into a particular issue while processing through complex layers of emotions. -

In-Person Support
Meeting in-person facilitates higher degrees of communication and presence than virtual settings allow (body language, etc). A high-preference option for in-person meetings is to hold a walking session where we “walk & talk” in nature for the duration of the session.
I practice a donation-based payment model
(recommended range between $25-$250/hourly based on personal affordability -
